What are delivery charges?

aadishi currently provides free delivery for most of its products all over India. Delivery of some products is however, limited to certain locations. What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time for the delivery of an order placed on Gobol is generally 7-9 working days from the day of placing the order. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners. Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items?

When you shop at aadishi you can rest assured that there will be no hidden costs or extra taxes. The price mentioned on the website is the final price - what you see is what you pay. The prices listed on the website are inclusive of all taxes.

 

How will the delivery be done?

We at aadishi process all our deliveries through reputed couriers. In the event that there’s no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners. Also, all our products are insured against damage and theft during transit.

 

Does Aadishi deliver internationally?

As of now, Aadishi doesn't deliver items internationally.
You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with international credit or debit cards issued in India, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.

 

Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?

You can expect delivery of your order on any day of the week.

 

What should I do if I do not get my order by the expected delivery date?

Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order gets delayed. In most cases, we will proactively inform you about the delay along with the new expected delivery date via email.
